3. A 29 year old lady presents with itchy vaginal discharge. Microsocpy reveal pseudohyphae and yeasts

 

 

4.  A middle aged gentleman presents with dry cough, exertional dyspnoea and fever with bilateral crepitations. HIV test was positive.
